Covid-19 Response Plan
As of now, RMT'S in BC are allowed to practice under CMTBC guidelines. RMT'S In British Columbia are strictly regulated by the CMTBC and work under the public health act. Please read the following safety precautions I follow to ensure a safe treatment for my patients.

The therapist will wear a face mask upon greeting, the arrival scan for each patient and the entirety of the appointment.
Therapists will take 15-minutes between appointments to sanitize contact points in their work areas.
The clinic team will be sanitizing surfaces in the common area multiple times a day.
The self assessment tool will be emailed to each client one day before their appointment and the therapist will check that it has been completed by the client beforehand.
The therapist will use the BC COVID-19 Self-Assessment tool herself, daily and commits to cancel all appointments if symptoms appear.
Appointment times are staggered to reduce the potential of clients crossing paths, and to allow for time in between appointments for enhanced cleaning.
Please stay home if you’re feeling unwell, if you’re at high risk of infection, or if you recently returned from travel.
Please complete the BC COVID-19 Symptom Self-Assessment tool 1 day prior to your appointment. If prompted, please call 8-1-1 and contact us if you need to cancel your appointment.
You will not be charged a late cancellation fee if they cancel due to illness.
A Covid-19 specific consent form, will be emailed, and you will be required to sign electronically, prior to arriving at their appointment.
Please arrive for your appointment on time, not early or late, and unaccompanied. You will be greeted at the door by your therapist.
Clients are required to wear a face-mask upon arrival to the clinic and throughout their appointment.
â—‹ If patients have their own fabric face mask, they are requested to bring it. If they do not have a fabric face mask, a single-use non-medical mask will be provided to them at the time of their treatment.Please use the hand sanitizer when you arrive and try to avoid touching your face.
If you need to sneeze or cough, please use your elbow and wash your hands after.
